Where we ship

Mayaloading ships to addresses in the United States only, covering all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not accept international orders, and we do not ship outside the US. Every item we sell is in stock and ready to ship from warehouses located in the United States.

Shipping method and carriers

We offer one shipping method, Standard Shipping, for every order. Packages travel with USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL; the carrier is chosen based on your address and the items in your order.

Shipping cost

The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you confirm and pay.

How long delivery takes

Your order should arrive within 5–11 business days in total, counted from the day you place it. That total already includes processing; it is not added on top.

• Processing: up to 3 business days to check, pack and hand your order to the carrier.
• In transit: up to 8 business days with the carrier.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday start processing on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather and holiday rush can occasionally slow things down. We will help you follow up with the carrier if your package seems stuck on a loading screen.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also check your order status at any time on our Track Order page.

Changing or canceling an order

Need to fix an address or remove an item? Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. Orders can only be changed or canceled before they enter processing or shipment. Once an order is processing or on its way, we may not be able to change it, but you can still use our Returns & Refunds Policy after delivery.

Lost, damaged or incorrect packages

If your package arrives damaged, defective or with the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description and clear photos, and we will make it right at no cost to you. If your package seems lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
