What "sale" and "sharing" mean

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and similar US state laws, a "sale" is disclosing personal information to a third party for money or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" is disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, meaning ads based on your activity across different websites.

What we share and with whom

When you browse our site, cookies may send internet activity data (such as pages viewed, device and browser details, and IP address) to:

• Google Ads, to measure and personalize advertising;
• Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used.

We do not share your name, email address, postal address or payment information for advertising.

Service providers are not a sale or sharing

Providers that help us run the store, such as PayPal for payments, our email provider, our shipping carriers, DigitalOcean Spaces for file storage, OpenAI for on-site product search and Telegram for staff order notifications, process data on our behalf to provide their services. How to opt out

• Use the form on this page.

You do not need an account, and we will not ask you to verify your identity to opt out. We will only deny an opt-out request if we have a good-faith, documented reason to believe it is fraudulent, and if so we will tell you why.

How long it takes

We complete opt-out requests within 15 business days of receiving them. We will also notify the parties we shared your information with after your request, so they can honor your choice.

Authorized agents

An authorized agent may submit an opt-out request for you. The agent must provide written permission signed by you.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Our site does not currently detect or process Global Privacy Control browser signals. To opt out, please email us or use the form on this page.

After you opt out

Once you opt out, we will not ask you to opt back in for at least 12 months.

Consumers under 16

We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 without prior consent. Consumers aged 13 to 15 must opt in themselves; for children under 13, a parent or guardian must give consent. Our site is not directed at children.

Sensitive personal information

We do not collect sensitive personal information, so there is no separate "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" link.

Your other privacy rights

You can also ask to know, access, delete or correct your personal information. We respond to these requests within 45 days, which may be extended by another 45 days when necessary, with notice to you.

Appeals

If we deny your request, you can appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Appeal". We respond within 60 days. If you are not satisfied with the result, you may contact your state Attorney General.

Non-discrimination

We will not deny you products, charge you different prices or give you a different level of service because you used any of your privacy rights.
